Meditation is for everyone.
It's simply a process that takes place in the mind. It's a process that you can cultivate to grow personally, or spiritually, or just to become a more chill and focused person! All good things.
To begin, gently take in a nice, deep breath. In through the nose, and out through the nose. If you feel like sighing, take another breath, and really let that sigh out.
Now, smile. A small smile, or a full one. And think a happy thought.
Like, "Wow, I'm really awesome choosing to learn meditation."
